Baozi

Baozi is a type of steamed, filled bun or bread-like item in various Chinese cuisines, as there is much variation as to the fillings and the preparations. It can be filled with meat and vegetarian fillings. Two types are found in most parts of China, Dabao and Xiaobao.

Culture 

According to legend, Baozi was invented by the scholar and military strategist Zhuge Liang. Now these Baozi are a popular food, and widely available. While they can be eaten at any meal, Baozi is often eaten for breakfast. They are also popular as a portable snack or meal. 

Goubuli

 Goubuli is a famous brand of stuffed baozi from Tianjin, China. Founded in 1858, it is one of China's longest established brands. Goubuli Baozi and other 395 food items awarded the “Famous Chinese Snack” title by the China Cuisine Association in 1997. 

Xiaolongbao 

Xiaolongbao is a type of steamed Baozi from the Jiangnan area of China, especially in Shanghai and Wuxi. It is traditionally prepared in small bamboo steaming baskets.
