Zhongshan Park

Zhongshan Park, formerly known as Zhaofeng Park, was founded by the British in 1914 when Zhaofeng was in Shanghai. It was a famous park in Shanghai at that time. Although the park is located in a noisy commercial area, it is quiet amidst noise. It is equipped with pavilions, rockeries, grasslands, flower beds, ponds, children's parks, and other facilities. The air and environment are both good, making it a good place for nearby residents to engage in outdoor activities.

The park is dominated by British natural garden style, integrating the essence of Chinese garden art, combining Chinese and Western styles, and has a unique style. It is an old park with relatively complete original landscape style in Shanghai so far. Among them, Yinmen Diecui (South Gate of the Park), Huashu Ningxiang (Peony Garden), Shuixie Xuyu (Chenjiachi), Lvyin Chenhui (Great Lawn), Fangpu Yinhong (Rose Garden), Shuanghu Huanbi (Yuanyang Lake), Hechi Qingyue (Lotus Pond), Linyuan Shuxiu (Shanshui Garden), Dumu Aoshuang (Great Cedar Tree), Shiting Sunset (Marble Pavilion), Hongqiao Steaming Snow (Dashiqiao) The Legacy of the Old Garden (Back Garden Gate) is known as the Twelve Landscapes of Zhongshan Park.
