What to see

Xikou Town is one of the three ancient towns in Cili County. There are many attractions in the town.

Kangle Street, an ancient street from the Ming and Qing dynasties, preserves a large number of Tujia stilt houses, while Qingshan Street remains quaint and ancient.

Former Site of the Soviet Government

Xikou is a revolutionary old area. In 1934, the Hunan Hubei Sichuan Guizhou Provincial Committee established Soviet Government here. General Xiao Ke once commanded the Mianhua Mountain Blockade, and red attractions such as the Red Army Tree Park and the former headquarters of the Red 26th Army Corps can be visited.

Guyunxi Ecological Park

The Lishui River is surrounded by a "ji" shape at the mouth of the creek, with a total length of more than 20 kilometers. Along the way, there are natural landscapes such as banana caves and millennium old camphor trees. Zhangjiajie Guyunxi Ecological Park is located in Zhangshu Village and is a provincial-level five-star rural tourism destination where visitors can experience red culture and rural leisure. ‌‌
