Golden Summit, also called Jinding 金顶 in Chinese, is the top of Mount Emei, and the golden statues of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva in all directions on Jinding are a must visit and worship place for many tourists who come to Mount Emei.
At an altitude of 3079 meters, in addition to the 48 meter high copper statue of the Ten Directions Samantabhadra, there is also a Huayan Temple on the Golden Summit for believers to pray for blessings and worship Buddha.
The four sided and ten sided golden statue of Samantabhadra on the Golden Summit is the tallest golden Buddha in the world and also the first four sided and ten sided artistic design of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva.
Behind the statue of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, there are three main halls in Huayan Temple. The third hall is the Samantabhadra Hall, also known as the Golden Hall or "Golden Summit", which is a relatively high hall on Mount Emei.
The plaques at the entrance of the hall include "Golden Summit", "Endless Wishes", "Magnificent Treasures", and other plaques. Inside the hall, there is a bronze statue of Samantabhadra riding an elephant.
