Huangshan Maofeng Tea is a traditional famous tea of the Han nationality and one of the top ten famous teas in China. It belongs to green tea. It is produced in Mount Huangshan (Huizhou) area of Anhui Province, so it is also called Anhui tea.
Created by Xie Yuda Tea House during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. Every year during the Qingming Valley Rain, we pick the first plump buds of the improved tea trees "Mount Huangshan species", "Mount Huangshan big leaf species", etc., and stir fry them by hand.
The tea is slightly curly in shape, like a tongue, yellow in green, silver hair exposed, and with golden fish leaves (commonly known as golden flakes).
