Xixinsuo Temple 息心所 is a small temple which was built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty .It is said to have been a place for Xixinsuo's laymen to practice, and later opened as a temple, hence the name Xixinsuo.
Abandoned during the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, the temple was rebuilt by monk Dehui during the Qianlong period. The existing temple was built in the early years of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty. The hall is dedicated to Guanyin and Medicine Buddha.
The temple is located by the rock bank, looking down like it hangs high in the air. Therefore, the ancients once described it as follows: "Where the mind rests, the high pavilion hangs in danger, as if in the nine heavens, as if facing the nine depths of the earth. When the heart reaches this point, holding only half of the verse, all fate comes to an end
