Yuxian Temple was built on a cliff in the first year of the Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1862). With a small scale but a beautiful surrounding environment, it is often shrouded in clouds and mist, resembling a misty landscape painting.
Yuxian Temples can provide visitors with vegetarian meals and hot water, making them a great place to rest. During rest, you can also encounter wild monkeys in the mountains. There is a cave called "Encountering Immortals Cave" behind the temple. There are many ancient vines on the rocks around the temple, known as the "Samantabhadra Line".
