Bamboo Shoots from Wenzheng Hill is a traditional famous flavor in Huizhou mountainous area of Huangshan City. Bamboo shoots are produced in Wenzheng Hill located in Shexian county of Huangshan City in East China's Anhui province.
Cooked with sausage and dried mushrooms, the bamboo shoots are more fragrant.
In traditional cooking methods, cured meat and bamboo shoots are usually stewed together, so it is also known as cured meat and bamboo shoots.
