Located at the eastnorth foot of Emei Mountain, the Wannian Temple is one of the starting points for hiking up of Emei Mountain. The Wuliang Hall in the temple is entirely made of brick structure and was built by Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty to celebrate his mother's birthday. There are three treasures enshrined in the temple: Buddha's teeth, the Lotus Sutra, and the golden seal of Emperor Wanli.

Qingyin Pavilion is an important temple in Mount Emei, built by Master Huitong during the reign of Emperor Xizong of Tang Dynasty (618-907). The temple houses statues of Shakyamuni Buddha, Manjusri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, and others. The famous scenic spot "Shuangqiao Qingyin" in the mountains is here, with two stone bridges leaping over and clear river water under the bridges. It is also a good place for taking photos in the mountains.

Located at an altitude of 2430 meters, Leidongping is situated on the Lianwang Slope of Mount Emei, between Baiyun Pavilion and Jieyin Pavillion. Climbing from Huayan Peak to Leidongping, you will pass through China's largest high-altitude rhododendron conservation area. The snow period here is longer than that of Jinding, and it is often shrouded in misty air.

Baoguo Temple, located not far from the gate of Mount Emei, was first built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. It is a temple that provides access to the gate and is also the starting point for most tourists to visit the scenic area of Mount Emei. The plaque of "Baoguo Temple" on the mountain gate of the temple was created by Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, and it is also the center of Buddhist activities in the mountains.

Leiyin Temple is about 1 kilometer away from Fuhu Temple, hidden in lush forests. The temple is not large, like an exquisite quadrangle courtyard. The temple is surrounded by lush greenery, and there are very few tourists here, making it particularly quiet. Only the low chanting sound of nuns in the temple makes it a good place for spiritual practice.

Bailongdong Temple, also known as the White Dragon Cave Temple, was first built by a legendary Zen master during the reign of Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The temple was rebuilt in the early Qing Dynasty, and Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty once bestowed scriptures and couplets upon the temple.

Shengshui Zen Temple in Emei Mountain , also Shenshui Pavilion, was originally the villa of Wu Yongxian, the governor of the Ming Dynasty. During the Ming Wanli period, it was renamed Shengshui Tmeple, and during the Qing Shunzhi period, it was renamed Shenshui Pavilion. The four levels of the palace: Guanyin Hall, Maitreya Hall, Daxiong Hall, and Samantabhadra Hall, are exquisitely constructed.
