Huangshan Dining

Huangshan is also called Huizhou in ancient times, so Huangshan cuisine is Anhui Cuisine cuisine, also known as Anhui flavor which is one of the eight major cuisines in China.  If you visit Huangshan, you can enjoy the real Anhui Cuisine.

Anhui Cuisine cuisine originated from the ancient Huizhou (today's Shexian County, Anhui Province) in the Song Dynasty (960-1279), and was originally a local flavor of Huizhou mountainous areas. Later, due to the rise of Huizhou merchants, this local flavor gradually entered the market and spread to the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian, Shanghai, Hubei and even the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with a wide influence. The formation and development of Anhui Cuisine cuisine is closely related to the rise of WeChat businesses.
