Guandu Ancient Town is located in the southeast suburbs of Kunming and is one of the well-known historical and cultural ancient towns in Kunming. It has been a developed market town for commerce and handicrafts since the Ming and Qing dynasties. The ancient town is rich in cultural landscapes, with five mountains, six temples, seven pavilions, and eight temples. Various shops are also bustling and complete, making it a great place for shopping and sightseeing around Kunming.
During the Tang Dynasty, "Wodong" (also known as Guandu) was an ideal stop for the nobles and nobles of Nanzhao and Dali to visit Dianchi Lake.

Another ancient temple, although not as grand and magnificent as the Tuzhu Temple, is also exquisitely crafted and has exquisite architecture.
Coming to Guandu Ancient Town, in addition to admiring the ancient temples and cultural landscapes, an important purpose is to eat snacks. It's Guandu Baba, locally known as Maibaba. The famous one in the ancient town is undoubtedly the Eyebrow Cake located in the Jingangta Commercial Street.
