Zhongnanmen Ancient Town, also knowns Tongren Old Town, is located in the center of Tongren City of Southwest China's Guizhou Province. Facing water on three sides, the ancient town is sitauated at the confluence of two rivers in the center area of Tongren city. With a total area of 25544 square metres, it is not only the original historical block in Tongren that reflects the style of the ancient town but also a unique ethnic cultural resource in Tongren City.
Crossing the bridge and entering from Zhongshan Road Archway, you will be lead to walking at Zhongshan Road, which is a main street in the town. The ancient buildings are mainly concentrated near this street. With a history of over 500 years.It is currently the only remaining and most complete Ming and Qing historical and cultural district in Tongren City .
