Yellow Crane Tower is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, on the south bank of the Yangtze River in Wuchang, on top of the Serpentine Peak Ridge. It was built in the Three Kingdoms era in the second year of Wu Huangwu (223 AD), and has been built and destroyed many times over the generations. The Yellow Crane Tower that we see today was rebuilt in 1985.
The Yellow Crane Tower is a national 5A-level attraction, enjoying the name of “the best view in the world” and “the first building of the world's rivers and mountains”, and is one of the city landmarks of Wuhan, which is famous for the verses of the Tang Dynasty poet Cui Hao, and the poems of Li Bai and other poems left for the Yellow Crane Tower.
