Langde Miao Village is a Miao ethnic village with hundreds of households and is also a relatively primitive village in southeastern Guizhou, with unique ethnic tourism resources. It enjoys the titles of "Hometown of Chinese Folk Song and Dance Art", "One Hundred Outdoor Museums in China", and "Hometown of Lusheng". Its ancient architectural complex has been listed as the fifth batch of key cultural relics protection units in China.
Langde Miao Village is the birthplace of Yang Daliu, a Miao rebel during the Tongzhi period of the Xianfeng reign of the Qing Dynasty. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with a small river flowing quietly in front of the village. As a folk village, this place has many stilted houses, lusheng halls, and wind and rain bridges. During festivals, there are also enthusiastic welcoming ceremonies and grand performances of Miao songs and dances such as lusheng dance, bronze drum dance, and bench dance. It is a tourist resort.
