The century old Russian style street of Gogol Street has a history of over a hundred years and is lined with numerous Russian style buildings, including the famous Qiulin Food Company building and the St. Alexeyev Church. And the prosperity and night scenery of this street are no less than other streets, and it is also the "Bar Street" of Harbin.
Gogol Street was first built in 1901, with a total length of 2.7 kilometers. Since the establishment of a branch by the Autumn Forest Company here in 1902, various types of businesses have gradually increased on this street, developing into one of the bustling commercial streets in Harbin.
This street is also a cultural street, with modern horseshoe stones on both sides of the road. Every section is embedded with a marble slab engraved with famous historical and cultural figures, songs, and classics of Heilongjiang, to showcase the historical culture and heritage of Heilongjiang.
