Crusty Pancake, or Guokui Pancake, also known as dried bread, has a large diameter of two feet and is round and thick like a pot lid.

Guokui pancake is one of the most famous snacks in northwest China, especially a traditional local noodle snack that is popular among residents in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province, northern Shanxi Province, some areas of Gansu Province, and urban and rural areas of Sichuan Province.

Guokui pancake originated from a gift given by my grandmother to my grandson He Miyue, and later developed into a flavored convenience food.
