Dandan Noodles is a special noodle of the Han nationality and one of the famous snacks in Sichuan. It is made by rolling flour into noodles, then boiling them, and finally adding fried minced pork. Legand of Dandan Noodles

The invention of Dandan noodles is called Chenbao. He was a vendor in Zigong City who invented Dandan noodles in 1841. It was named after the fact that he initially carried a burden and sold goods along the street. In the past, Dandan noodles used to be cooked in a copper pot, stewed with chicken or stewed with hooves. Practice of Dandan Noodles

Ingredients: 500g round thin noodles, 50g chili oil, 50g soy sauce, 50g scallions each, 35g sesame paste, 2.5g monosodium glutamate, 100g Sichuan cabbage, 20g lard and sesame oil each.
