Sour Fish of Miao is a traditional dish of the Miao Ethnic people in Xiangxi. The "Sour fish" means to wash the fish belly, wrap it with Rice noodles and put it in the vegetable jar, marinate it for three to five days, and then dig it out for cooking after it has sour taste. It tastes sour and delicious.


The Miao people particularly enjoys eating sour food.
