Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station is located in the western part of Shanghai, adjacent to Terminal T2 of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to the east. It is an important component of Shanghai Hongqiao Comprehensive Transportation Hub and one of the largest transportation hubs in Asia.

Transportation Guidelines
The main ways to reach Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station are Shanghai Metro Line 2 (5:33-22:48) and Shanghai Metro Line 10 (5:55-22:00). The B1 floor of Shanghai Hongqiao Station is located after the departure of the subway from Hongqiao Station. This floor is the arrival floor, and taking the escalator to 2F is the departure floor. Ticket checking stops 5 minutes before the train departs. Due to the large area of Shanghai Hongqiao Station, passengers must reserve sufficient time.
Buses: 1. Take bus No.5 from Hongqiao Hub and get off at the Hongqiao West Transportation Center (next station) station, then walk there; 2. Take bus No. 4 from Hongqiao Hub or the first line of the airport to get off at Hongqiao Railway Station (next station) and walk there; 3. Take buses 173, 320, Honglian Dingban Line, Hongqiao Hub 1, Hongqiao Hub 5, Hongqiao Hub 6, Hongqiao Hub 7, Hongqiao Hub 8, and Minhang 23 to the Hongqiao West Transportation Center station and walk there.
Metro： Take Subway Line 10 and Subway Line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station and walk there.
Taxi： There are over 50000 taxis in Shanghai, and the drivers must be locals according to regulations, which is basically very convenient to ride and has high safety.
