Located at No. 28 Yangliu Street, Honghuagang District, Zunyi City. Originally a Catholic church, it was built by French missionaries in the fifth year of the Qing Dynasty's Tongzhi reign (1866) and consists of two parts: a scripture hall and a school. The scripture hall is a Romanesque building, while the school is a group of courtyard style bungalows with wooden structures. After the Red Army entered Zunyi, the organizational, propaganda, youth, and secretariat departments under the jurisdiction of the Red Army General Political Department were all located in the school.
