Maotai liquor茅台酒,English name:MOUTAI is a specialty of Maotai Town, Renhuai City, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province.

Maotai liquor is a traditional Chinese specialty liquor. One of the world's three famous distilled spirits, alongside Scottish whisky and French Cognac, and also one of China's three famous spirits, the "Five Swords of Maotai". It is also the ancestor of Daqu Maotai flavor Baijiu, with a history of more than 800 years. The style and quality of Kweichow Moutai liquor is characterized by "outstanding soy sauce flavor, elegant and delicate, full-bodied wine, long aftertaste, and lasting fragrance in empty cups". Its special style comes from the unique traditional brewing technology formed through years of accumulation. The brewing method is combined with the agricultural production in the Chishui River basin. Influenced by the environment, seasonal production, the Dragon Boat Festival, and the Chongyang feeding, it retains some original traces of local life. On February 14, 2003, the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine approved the implementation of geographical indication product protection for "Maotai liquor".

Dong liquor董酒 is produced in Donggongsi Town, Huichuan District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is one of the eight famous Chinese liquors and one of the only two national liquors in Guizhou Province.

In 1957, Dong Distillery, like Maotai Distillery, was established as an enterprise from a small workshop before the liberation. The liquor produced by Dong Distillery has won the title of "China's Famous Liquor" four times at the second, third, fourth, and fifth national wine tasting events, and has been awarded the National Gold Medal. Its production process and formula are unique in the world today and stand out in the distilled liquor industry. It has been permanently listed as a "national secret" by authoritative departments of the country. In August 2008, the local standard for "Dongxiang" Baijiu was officially determined by the national competent department, and Dongxiang is a typical representative of "Dongxiang" Baijiu in China.

Xijiu  liquor 习酒, a specialty of Xijiu Town, Xishui County, Guizhou Province, China, is a national geographical indication product.  

Xijiu is made from local high-quality glutinous sorghum as raw material, wheat to make high-temperature Daqu, stacked and saccharified, fed twice, fermented eight times, distilled nine times, sealed and stored, carefully blended, and has the flavor of Maotai liquor. Sauce flavored liquor becomes more fragrant as it ages. As the storage time increases, the amount of free alcohol molecules decreases, and the stimulation to the body also decreases. Therefore, when drinking alcohol, it feels less spicy, mellow, and sweet.  

On April 8, 2014, the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine approved the implementation of geographical indication product protection for "Xijiu"
