7 Days Depth Tour of Zhangjiajie & Xiangxi

Upon arrival in Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport or Zhangjiajie Railway Station, you are greeted by your local guide  and transferred to your  hotel in Zhangjiajie City. At the rest time, you are free leisure today.

After breakast at hotel, pick up to transfer to the entrance gate of Wulingyuan Scenic Aarea, After 20 minutes driving bu shuttle bus inside the park, you will get to the spot of Shuiraosimen where four streams meet here to form the four outdoors. And it is the center of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Take Bailong Elevator up to Yuanjiajie Scenic Spot.,which is also called AVATAR Mountain for the movie AVATAR is filmed here. Located in the northwest part of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yuanjiajie is a naturally formed platform mountain, surrounded by higher summits which are divided by deep valleys. You will enjoy Hallelujah Mountain, NO.1 Bridge in the world and so on.

After lunch, take bus about 40 minutes driving to He Long Park, and visit Tianzi Mountain.Tianzi Mountain is known for 4 natural spectacles, the clouds of mist that circle the peaks of the mountain, the amazing views of the rising sun, the moonlit nights and snowcapped winter peaks. They include more than 80 natural platforms to take in the magnificent scenery. Then take Tianzi Mountain cable car down and continue to visit Ten-mile Gallery by tram in Suoxiyu Scenic Spot.

After breakfast, you are transferred to visit the Glass Bridge which crosses  Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon,which is over 430 meters and also the longest bottom glass bridge in the worl.  

After lunch. you will wisit the Yellow Dragon Cave which is the most six biggest caves in the world, and it was also listed as the World's Heritage as a part of Wulingyuan Scenic Area in 1992. Threrafter, you will head to visit Baofeng Lake which is praised as the Jade Pool in the world. Here, you can see the waterfalls hanged on the mountain, the crystal water surrounded by the unique mountains, and you can also learn the folk songs of the Tujia Ethnic Group while you ride a boat on the lake. 

After breakfast at hotel, you will visit Tianmen Mountain by round trip cable car. Tianmen Mountain is praised as "the Soul of Zhangjiajie". With 1518 meters above sea level, it is standing at the site of 8 km south away from Zhangjiajie Downtown.Today you can explore the six wonders of Tianmen Mountain,including Tianmen Cave, Tongtian Avenue, The Ghost Plank Road, Glass Sky-walk, Tianmen Temple, etc. 

After lunch visit Tujia Folk Customs Park, also named Tusi Town. Here, you can realize and understand the folk culture and architecture feature of Tujia Ethnic Group of China.Thereafter, head to Laosicheng World Heritage for visiting.and then trasnfer to Huayuan County,check in hotel. 

After breakfast, transfer about 1 hour driving to Liye Ancient Town located in south of Longshan County. Here you will have a visit half day to see the Liye Qin Slips Museum, the ruins of the ancient city of Liye, the ancient blocks of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Qin Culture Theme Park, and the Back Street of the Republic of China. 

After visit the Liye Town, you will be transferred to Biancheng Town located at the junction of Hunan,Guizhou and Chongqing, This town was fprmerly called Chadong Town, and now it has a new name of Biancheng,meaning "Border Town". After check in hotel, you will visit the town including Cuicui Island (newly built), Calligraphy Garden, Hangjiao Tower along the river, Southern Ancient Human Site, Ancient City Wall, Laladu (relocated, not the river crossing location in "Border Town", now commuting between Hunan Border Town and Chongqing Hong'an Ancient Town separated by a river), Minglian Fang, and One Foot Three Provinces.

After breakfast at hotel, you are transferred about 1.5 hours diving to Dehang Miao Village, which is situated in the Aizhai Grand Canyon. On the way, you will pass through the winding Aizhai Road to have an experience of the wonder of Aizhi Road, and see the Aizhai Bridge. In Dehang Miao Village you will not only visit the family of Miao people,see the netural scenery around the village,but also watch the show held here.

After lunch, transferred about 1.5 hours driving, you will get to see the South Great Wall which is 18 km away from Fenghuang Ancient Town. Here you have 2 hours to climb the South Great Wall before transferred Fenghuang Ancient Town. After check in hotel in Fenghuang, you can have a night-view of the beautiful city by Tuojiang River Cruise.

After breakfast at hotel. you will be transferred to Furong Ancient Town( about 2hours dricing) located on the bank of Youshui River. This is an ancient town wih over 2000 years history.Formerly, it was called Wangcun Town. In 1980's the movie of

After lunch, you are transferred to visit theRed Stone Forest Geopark, about 30 km away from Furong Town. It is a very distinctive Karst Plateau landform, located in Guzhang County, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The Red Stone Forest was once the seabed of the Ordovician Period, and later formed a unique Karst Plateau landform under the erosion of seawater and rain, while the red formed by iron elements has the feeling of Danxia landform. Here, you also have 2 hours visiting.

After visit the Red Stone Forest Geopark, you are transferred about 2hours to the city of Zhangjiajie. Check in your hotel.
